Wet Room Case Study | Leeds | West Yorkshire
Published: 27 November 2019
Problem:
Mr and Mrs Wolfe’ existing shower room consisted of a large quadrant shower enclosure, closed couple WC and basin.
Although fully functional, the couple decided they wanted to renovate their existing space, creating a more modern and on trend design.
In addition to this is was paramount that the new suit offered sufficient storage and that the broken ventilation system be fixed as part of the full renovation.
Solution:
Having initially visited our Harrogate bathroom showroom for inspiration both Mr & Mrs Wolfe were impressed with our varied design offerings and as a result decided to book a free design appointment with More Bathrooms Senior Designer Andy.
With a good idea of the shower room concepts they liked having spent time researching, together, with Andy, they created a sleek and spacious modern wet room design that incorporated their requirement of storage.
Outcome:
Within two weeks Mr and Mrs Wolfe’s suite was transformed into a modern wet room that featured a two-toned grey design with reflective mosaic tiles which helped to bounce light around the room.
Having made space for savvy storage solutions in the form of matching modular units, these were wall hung, opening up the available floor space, and creating the illusion of space.
In addition the minimal design featured an array of spotlights, an illumined mirror to brighten up the suite and a new ventilation system.
