Project manage your transformation
We will be in touch no later than the Friday before your week commencing start date to confirm an exact start date the following week. Unless otherwise specifiedyour fitter should be with you between 7:30 & 9:30 AM and will spend time sheeting up to protect your carpets and flooring before starting your project.
While the works are ongoing we will project manage and co-ordinate the order of works covering the removal of your existing bathroom, first and second fix, installation of new fixtures, final checks and project sign off.
Half way through your project we require a 65% interim payment which is payable by cheque, BACS or direct debit.
Keep you in the loop every step of the way
You’ll have a lead fitter who carry out all aspects of your bathroom renovation, keeping you in the loop every step of the way as your project progresses.
Should any unforeseen problems arise while works are ongoing these will be discussed with yourself before any action is taken.
Tidy up at the end of each day
We want your bathroom renovation to be as stress-free and undisruptive as possible. Your fitter will tidy up at the end of each day and we'll never leave you without a working toilet.
Be on hand should you have any questions or concerns
Throughout your project with us we will always be on hand to answer any questions or ease any concerns you may have. If at any point you wish to speak to your designer, installations surveyor or customer care team please do not hesitate to call us.
Aftercare
We offer a 3-year insurance backed installation guarantee on all our workmanship within the retail market for products specified and sold on or after 1/1/23. This is further complemented by manufactures warranties so should any issues arise at any time we encourage you to contact us, via phone or email, so we can get the matter resolved quickly and efficiently.
When your job is practically complete we will raise your final invoice for the remaining 10% which is payable by cheque, BACS or direct debit.
