Luxury Bathroom Case Study | Leeds | West Yorkshire

Problem:

Mr & Mrs Dove’s well maintained yet dated four piece bathroom suite consisted of a corner bath, shower room enclosure, basin pedestal and closed couple WC.

Wanting a space they could relax and unwind in after a long day, the project aims were to create a luxury bathroom that included modern finishes, coupled with future-proofed fixtures with a view to protecting the longevity of the renovation.

Solution:

Upon visiting our Leeds bathroom showroom for initial inspiration and advice the couple were greeted by Senior Designer Garry. Impressed by his knowledge, enthusiasm and passion they felt at ease booking a free design appointment for Garry to visit their home and discuss the works in more detail while surveying the existing suite.

Taking all of their ideas, requirements and project aims, Garry created a bespoke luxury bathroom suite that incorporated modern and future proofed fittings and fixtures.

Following their home visit, and with the assistance of Garry, Mr & Mrs Dove revisited our Leeds bathroom showroom, to view their CAD design, finalise their products choices and hand pick a selection of finishing touches.

Their newly renovated 4-piece bathroom consisted of a bespoke wet room shower, whirlpool bath, wall hung wash dry toilet and a vanity basin unit. Future proofing the project the renovation included a custom built corian bench to the shower area which also featured on trend wavy chrome grab bars.

Creating surplus floor space in the already large room, savvy bathroom storage furniturewas installed in the form of abathroom wall niche and a wall hung vanity unit. The installation of a large recessed illuminated mirror over the whirlpool bath created focal bathroom lighting, accentuating the wow factor of the overall design.

Further highlighting concentrated areas the installation of a two part complimentary feature and base modern grey bathroom tile was applied to all four walls. Cementing the luxury feel, underfloor heating was also incorporated along with a Bluetooth cabinet, allowing the couple to wirelessly play music while enjoying the new suite.

Outcome:

Mr & Mrs Dove’s dated suite was transformed into a bespoke luxury bathroom suite with modern fixtures and fittings. Trendy safety features were incorporated to protect the longevity of the renovation, ensuring Mr & Mrs Dove can to bathe safely, while without compromising on style, for many years to come.
