Small Bathroom Case Study | Wakefield | West Yorkshire
Published: 17 August 2018
Problem:
Mr & Mrs Linskey had an existing small bathroom that consisted of an original salmon white 3 piece suite.
Fully tiled, and featuring a mirrored cabinet, the existing bathroom had been in situ since the house was built and required a modern upgrade.
Solution:
Other than wanting to keep a shower over the bath, to meet both occupants bathing requirements, neither had any further design preferences, aside from wanting to modernise a tired design. Truth be told both Mr & Mrs Linskey felt that the space was too small to allow for any significant renovation works however More Bathrooms Surveyor and Designer, Andy, had other ideas.
Outcome:
Completely redesigning a tired bathroom resulted in a totally new layout; that created space and exceeded the customers’ expectations. With bright clean lines and tidy concealed pipework the fully tiled grey suite was the ultimate in modern design. Featuring a purpose built bespoke niche in the bathing area for storage Andy created the illusion of space with a big mirror over the boxed in WC and semi-recessed basin.
what mr & mrs linskey said about more bathrooms:
“We would like to take this opportunity to pass on a few thanks to the people involved in our bathroom transformation.
Firstly to Andy for his help and advice in choosing the layout and his recommendations of products, Andy was very pleasant and courteous throughout the whole process.
Secondly our fitter, Richard. Richard was a very friendly and professional work. He consulted with us on every aspect of the build to make sure we were happy with his work and did a brilliant job.
Thank you also to all at the office who were always helpful and friendly. We are very happy with the new bathroom and the whole process from start to finish.”
