Small Bathroom Case Study | Leeds | West Yorkshire
Published: 30 November 2017
Problem:
Mr Weerasinghe had a tired bathroom that was small and awkward, in terms of shape, and in need of updating with regards to the fixtures and overall design.
Featuring a large bay window on the far wall, a pedestal basin, closed couple WC and bath with shower mixer, the small bathroom was half tiled with black tiled effect vinyl to the floor.
Solution:
Mr Weerasinghe was very adamant that, above all else, his small bathroom refurbishment had to feature a free standing bath. Dictating the design significantly More Bathrooms Surveyor & Designer, Andy, had his work cut out if he was to incorporate Mr Weerasinghe must have feature along with the remaining bathroom sanitary ware essentials in a modern and minimalistic setting.
Outcome:
Having explored various ideas and possibilities it was concluded that the WC would have to be relocated in order to make everything fit in a well-designed and well executed manner.
Encompassing a cloakroom basin (for space saving purposes), a closed coupled WC and a built in shower valve with fixed head, creating a waterfall effect in the feature wall, Mr Weerasinghes’ completed refurbishment was an ultra-modern twist on the luxury free standing design.
what mr weerasinghe said about more bathrooms:
“Steve who installed our bathroom was fantastic! He was professional, thorough and finished the work to a very high standard. He's a credit to your company and made our bathroom look fabulous! Thank you!"
