We just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for the excellent work carried out with our new bathroom design and fit. The whole experience from our visit to your Leeds showroom right through to the completion of the work was thoroughly professional yet friendly. We wanted to specifically call out some individuals who helped us along the way and were a pleasure to deal with;

Sue in your Leeds showroom is a real asset, she really sold the company and gave plenty of assurance on how well looked after we would be during the journey should we decide to proceed.

Julie, our designer, really listened to all our ideas and inspired us with new ideas, converting them into the designs we then saw come to fruition

Carl, our superstar fitter, what an absolute pleasure he was to deal with. It is not only obvious he is very skilled but also his attention to detail, pride in his work and desire to keep us informed along the way gave us the complete confidence we were in for a treat with the finished work. To quote Carl “it will be mega in here” and it is!

Not withstanding the fact we had inevitable hiccups along the way, we loved the way everyone pulled together to try and resolve the issues which even resulted in a visit from Steve himself.

We would not hesitate to recommend you or use your services again.
