Having lost my husband to cancer, aged 50, 4 years ago I always find it daunting to take on such a huge renovation. My support from Andy to design and plan my new bathroom was faultless, he made sure I knew all the options and gave his opinion when I asked for it. Steve was my fitter, he was also brilliant. Such a talented man, working relentlessly to ensure every detail was sorted. In an old house, there were some stumbling blocks but Steve overcame these with ease.
